Celebrating my daughter's birthday with a surprise room decoration and cake truly made our stay special. The attentive staff ensured that our family felt welcomed and cherished throughout our time at the hotel.

Our experience was marred by a few issues. First, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the Royal Suite with Private Pool was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the room had some maintenance problems, such as the curtains not functioning properly, which detracted from our overall enjoyment. We felt a bit isolated as the hotel seemed overly oriented towards package tourists.

The private beach access and the clean pools were amazing! Our kids loved the daily shows, especially the evening entertainment. Free snacks around the pool were a nice touch too. We also enjoyed the themed dinner at Aqua. the Mediterranean food was very nice!

Room service was excellent, providing free snacks and refills daily, but I found that some amenities could use a bit more attention. Additionally, while the variety in dining was impressive, a few specialty restaurant visits should be included in the all-inclusive package rather than offered at an extra cost.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, beach access, a fitness centre, and a great pool. The staff helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! The water features are stunning and perfect for a splash. The sports center kept us active, especially with beach volleyball and water aerobics. The drinks were decent, and the staff was a highlight, super friendly and attentive. For a really good meal, don’t miss the Asian a la carte restaurant!

WiFi was pretty terrible, which was frustrating since we wanted to share moments online. It barely worked in the rooms, but at least it was okay in the lobby.

A memorable vacation with attentive staff and delightful food, especially at the pool bar. However, the room cleanliness could use some improvement, as we faced issues with the sink and dated decor. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely planning on returning.

I absolutely loved my Superior Queen or Twin Garden View room, where attention to cleanliness made me feel pampered! The culinary experience was a standout, thanks to the incredible dishes crafted by Executive Chef Mustafa and his talented team. Plus, I enjoyed gorgeous beach walks that added magic to my stay!

This place is a good match for a weekend in Hurghada at a reasonable price. The staff at the Italian restaurant were super nice and helpful. Make sure to check the dress codes before going to the spa.
